Nasal cannulas are designed for short-term post-operative patients with straight, non-flared nasal prongs. Over the ear style with soft flexible nare tips for patient comfort. Pediatric cannula has elastic headband. All sizes come complete with 7' of tubing.
Q: What is difference between Standard & Universal fitting type? A: Standard are for barb fittings known as christmas tree fittings. Universal are a screw type fitting.

Oxygen Cannula
I really like this particular cannula because the tube part that sits on your face is very soft and flexible. Also the tab that sits on your upper lip is a triangle shape, not rectangle like the picture shows. I like the triangle shape because it sits right in the center and is less obtrusive but holds the hose in place properly. The straight tips work better for me because the curved ones tend to point down into my nostrils and don't get the airflow back into the nasal passage as well.
