Dorcy 3C - 12” Signal Traffic Wand Light contains 5 super bright 5MM LEDs, and a 5 LED tip light for added functionality. The flashlight is extremely durable, made of heavy duty plastic construction allowing it to be weather resistant. The signal wand has a easy to use side mounted sealed push button switch and comes with a convenient nylon wrist strap lanyard. The flashlight can be coupled with the metal signal wand stand for hands-free operation. The 3C – 12” Signal Wand Light requires 3 C cell batteries to operate (not included)

useable but overstated
The traffic wand portion works and is highly visible. The tip lights do not work but I am ok with that since I wasn't planning on using that function. The material of construction is light weight and does not appear to be very durable. I would be scared to drop this light and afraid it would break.
